Andrea L. Hinshaw focuses on estate planning, probate and estate administration, residential real estate transactions, and business law. She handles a variety of wills and trusts issues. In addition she represents Executors and Administrators in probate and estate administration matters. Andrea also represents small businesses in their formation and everyday needs.

Lacy Presnell

Lacy represents businesses and individuals in complex litigation in both state and federal court. He has tried more than 70 cases to verdict, and regularly handles appeals in cases involving business disagreements, estate disputes, personal injury and wrongful death. He also serves as a court-appointed mediator and is regularly asked to arbitrate other attorneys’ cases.
